HOW MUCH DOES EACH BEAR COST ?

Each bear is only $55.00 + $9.70 delivery. THIS IS FOR EVERYTHING. The cost includes the bear of your choice, the personalised t-shirt, FREE gift wrapping and gift card and delivery via Express Post (Australia wide).

(You are unable to pick up your gift – it MUST be delivered.) 

We accept all major credit cards, however you must be the card holder if you wish to use this method of payment.  Alternatively, you may pay by cheque, money order or by direct deposit into our account.  Please note that any orders cannot be processed until payments have cleared. 

HOW DO I ORDER A BEAR ?

We accept orders in several ways.

You will receive confirmation of your order by email within 24 hours.

WHEN WILL MY BEAR BE DELIVERED ?

CAN I SUPPLY MY OWN PICTURE TO HAVE PRINTED ON THE T-SHIRT ?

Yes, as long as the image is not subject to copyright. This could include photos, scanned images or drawings.

Send your picture to info@bearsforkeeps.com.au and we will be happy to print a personalised picture on the t-shirt for you.

HOW ARE THE BEARS PACKED ?

All the bears are packaged in small gloss white boxes fastened with brightly coloured knot cord.  You can choose to have a gift card included if you wish.

HOW LARGE ARE THE BEARS ?

Our bears measure approximately 35cm from head to toe.  They are roughly 25 cm sitting.

WHAT MESSAGE CAN I PUT ON THE T-SHIRT ?

Almost anything you wish, the only limit is the physical size of the T-shirt.  You can even have a photo printed on the t-shirt or even a drawing if you wish.

If you’re not feeling creative enough you can leave it to us to design your gift for you.  All we need is the details (eg. baby’s name etc) and we can choose the picture and/or the bear for you.

Hint:  When making a bear for a baby, it is a good idea to have the baby’s first name and middle name and date of birth written on the front, with the weight, time of birth and length written on the back.  However don’t forget that it is your gift and you can choose to have what you would like written on the T-shirt.

At this stage you can have any colour, as long as it is white.  If you're nervous about having a white t-shirt on the bear, don't worry, the t-shirts can be removed and soaked in Napisan, then popped in the washing machine with the rest of your washing.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER IF I LIVE OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA ?

Unfortunately we cannot accept orders from overseas, however if you live in Australia, we may be able to arrange delivery on your behalf to most countries overseas.  Delivery charges will need to be discussed when placing an order. 

Please note that Bears For Keeps cannot control actual delivery times.

WILL BEARS FOR KEEPS SHARE MY PERSONAL DETAILS ?

Bears for Keeps will not sell or give your details to a third party. Your personal details (including your email address) are used purely to process your order. Your details are not held on our website.

DOES A MULTIPLE ORDER QUALIFY FOR A DISCOUNT ?

Yes, please contact us for a quote, however each bear will need to be sent separately.

WHAT IF THE DETAILS PRINTED ON THE T-SHIRT ARE INCORRECT ?

Replacement t-shirts can be ordered if details given to Bears for Keeps were incorrect for $10 (including postage and handling via Australia Post).  If however, the error was made on our behalf, we will be happy to replace the t-shirt for you at no extra charge.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT HOME WHEN THE BEAR IS DELIVERED ? Will it run amok and terrorize the neighbourhood?

If you are not home to accept delivery the parcel will be left at your door.  It is advised to have the package delivered to an address where you KNOW the person will be home or possibly delivered to your place of work.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY BEAR ?

We aim to have 100% customer satisfaction, so if you’re not completely happy with your gift, please return it to Bears for Keeps at your cost and the cost of the bear will be refunded to you.  We cannot refund the postage or courier costs.
